It is my considered observation that pureAir 750 in combination with an ODOGard coated pre-filter does provide a significant reduction of the typical air and surface contaminants tested. ASHRAE provides guidance as to the use of supplemental air purification and disinfection equipment after increasing fresh air ventilation rate to a minimum of 6 air changes per hour and filtration levels to a MERV 13 level. This study was performed without those improvements.
